Effective supplement with no bad side effects

"I have taken a number of supplements in my life, and they usually have a nasty taste and upset my stomach and make me belch a lot (sorry for TMI!). But I have been on a weight loss journey and have added a lot more protein and fiber to my diet which often makes me feel bloated or gassy. I am also working to eat more fermented foods and foods with probiotics in them for better gut health. I started taking this nearly a month ago, and I do believe it has made a difference! I am less bloated and don't have the side effects I often experience when taking vitamins or supplements. I am a believer and will be adding this product to my daily intake. It may not be a silver bullet for everything, but I do think it is helping my gut flora balance out and definitely not doing any harm!"

"I’ve tried quite a few digestive supplements and probiotics over the years, and this one really stood out. First thing I noticed was that there’s no weird aftertaste, which is surprisingly rare with products like this. It’s easy to take and doesn’t leave that lingering flavor some supplements do. What impressed me most is that it didn’t upset my stomach while adjusting to it. With other probiotics I’ve taken, I usually get a few weeks of discomfort before things settle down. That didn’t happen here. Instead, my digestion just started feeling smoother and more comfortable overall. I’ve also noticed less occasional bloating and gas, and unexpectedly my skin actually looks better since I started taking it. Gut health really does seem to affect everything. Seems to Work

"I’ve been taking Purity for about 5 weeks now. I’ve noticed slight reduced bloating/gas and stomach irregularity. Nothing life-changing necessarily, but good for consistency and maintaining gut health. This product is similar to a different probiotic I have taken in the past, but I like that this is a pre- and pro-biotic. (Pre- meaning it provides fuel that helps good probiotic bacteria grow. ) It’s definitely helping keep my guts from feeling gross. As far as immunity support, I didn’t get sick this winter, which is unusual, since everyone else in my family got sick. Was it due to the Advanced Digestive Enzymes? Hard to say. I’m just glad to be feeling healthy. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. And, at one a day, this was super easy to include as part of my breakfast routine. There are so many products out there with similar claims, but after using this one I would feel confident continuing use as my pre- and probiotic choice. Giving four stars because it didn't blow me away with anything new. Still a solid product and I would recommend."

Great product with lots of benefits!

"I’ll start by saying that I think I really like this product. The reason I say that I think I like the product is because I have no way of knowing if it’s helping me internally or not, but the company seems reputable and it’s not causing me any bodily distress. Not only does it have almost all the enzymes of another brand I had previously been taking, but it also has a probiotic blend, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and PreforPro to help with gut microbiota. The other brand I had been buying doesn’t have anything but the digestive enzymes themselves, so I have to go buy other supplements if I want a probiotic blend, saccharomyces cerevisiae, or PreforPro. That, in and of itself, makes this product’s price point cheaper than the other product I had previously been using. Another thing I like about this product is that the serving size is but one small pill and the bottle holds a 2 month supply, so I only have to buy it half as often as I had with my previous product. Supplements can be expensive. My bank account appreciates the added benefits of this one. :)"

It seems to be helping

"I haven't been taking these long enough to get the full effort, but they do seem to help. I'm prone to digestion upset, and since I've been taking these (for a few weeks now) my episodes haven't been as bad. I'm hoping the longer I take them, the better I'll feel. Only time will tell! The size isn't too big that it makes them hard to swallow. I don't notice any test or smell when taking them so it's been very easy to incorporate them into my morning routine."
