Aches Are Already Subsiding!
"I have been using the unflavored JointGel for a few days now. While it is labeled as unflavored, there is a very mild taste to it; however, it is not overpowering and certainly doesn’t stop me from using it. I initially tried mixing it with cold water as directed, but I’ve found that I prefer adding it to my coffee instead. Most importantly, I’ve already noticed my usual aches beginning to subside. I plan to continue using it for the duration of the container to see how I feel, and if the results continue, I may try one of the flavored options next."

Better runs and workouts
"Having arthritis slows me down more than I care to admit. Trying this has been great! After almost three weeks I have had one of my best workouts (weight training) in years. I also run a couple of miles a couple of times a week and have less soreness in my knees and hips. The unflavored is truly unflavored. Tastes like water after mixing with water. Mixing thoroughly is helpful, once I didn’t and the glob was tasteless. No aftertaste, no bitterness. Throwing a little ice in the shaker seemed to help mix the powder."

easy to mix in w great results
"So I got the unflavored one but i think next time i would try with flavor although this one does mix well. i noticed results more after a week of using it daily. It helped me feel better especially in my knees. The thing about this is that you can buy it worry free if you dont like it they will take it back thats how confident you should be with using it. "My 55 year old knees have been sounding like popcorn for a few years, so I am excited to see how this product affects my noisy exercise routine in a few more weeks.
