Gorgeous container and all is good
"I only just received these about a week or 10 days ago so cant say anything about their effectiveness but Im hoping Ill be wrinkle free before the jar is finished. Well I know thats not going to happen but I hope if I continue with these that some improvement might be seen. I do have to say the capsules are very large and I was afraid to try and swallow them so I pierce them with my teeth gently and once its broken I can easily swallow it. The contents do not taste bad."

"Thank you for the opportunity to submit a review for Hylastin. I have been using this product for at least 5 years and believe that it helps me with daily mobility issues, skin conditions and overall good health. I have way back had trouble with the preservation of the product after delivery as I found that keeping it in a normal temperatured cabinet the capsules would over heat and rupture causing it to spill over into the other capsules with a foul smelling liquid. Since then I refridgerate the product. Recently I received the newly packaged Hylastin which was very impressive I must say but upon opening the first of two bottles discovered that a number of capsules ruptured and again spilled the awful liquid all over the jar. I took pictures and sent them into your customer service. They responded with a new bottle of Hylastin. When I received the bottle it had the same problem. Again the capsules ruptured and ruined the entire bottle. I again took pictures sent them to customer service and to prove my point I said to not bother sending me another bottle as I had enough to tide me over until my next delivery. So again, Im happy with the product but as impressive as the packaging is I find the bottle awkward to handle and open."
