No Biotin??
"I’ve been taking these for years now, and sometime within the past year, I feel like something has changed. Usually when I take biotin, it thickens my hair. For some reason, I feel like there is no biotin within these melts. My hair went back to being thin. I don’t really notice the energy that I once had, as well. I still have the same routine and diet as before when I noticed my hair being thicker and feeling more energized. Something seems fishy."

"I like the b12. If youre active while the melt’s in your mouth, I think it def enhances your body’s current energy. If youre chilled out and sitting down while taking the melt, it totally works when you get up. I’m not sure about the biotin yet."
