Standard Shipping: $6.95 (3–7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (U.S. Only):
- UPS 3-Day: $11.95
- UPS 2nd Day: $17.95
- UPS Next Day: $29.95
Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST. for same-day processing on expedited services. Orders placed after 12 PM ET will ship the following business day.
Super Saver Orders:
Shipping is always discounted on Super Saver orders.
Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. observed holidays.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $75 or more for first-time customers on one-time purchases or on the first month of a new subscription. This offer does not apply to recurring subscription orders after the first shipment.

Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds on bottles returned within 60 days of receipt.
To begin a return, please call Customer Care at 1-888-769-7873 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Return Instructions:
- Securely pack the merchandise (preferably in the original packaging).
- Include your Return Authorization number, billing name, and address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For your protection, we recommend using UPS or insured parcel post.

Items received outside the 60-day return window are not eligible for credit and will be discarded.
Bulk Order Refund Policy
Bulk orders of 12 or more bottles may be returned (unopened and in perfect condition) within 60 days and are subject to a 15% processing fee.
Please store bottles properly in a cool, dark, dry place and inspect all shipments upon receipt.

If an order has already shipped, it must be returned according to our Refund Policy.
Super Saver Auto-Shipments
You may modify your Super Saver auto-shipments by logging into your online account.

Shipment Consolidation
To reduce environmental impact, Purity Products® may combine multiple Super Saver shipments scheduled within 7 days of each other.
If you prefer separate shipments, please schedule orders at least 8 days apart.
