"Honestly, it’s quite overpriced for what it is. And it really doesn’T contain “the best” forms of these types of ingredients. For example, the Meriva form of curcumin does not cross the blood-brain barrier. Whereas certain other types of curcumin (like Longvida or Novasol) do. Likewise, you want to take between 80-120mg per day of what’s known as “free curcumin”. This product only contains half that amount, and none of it is actually absorbed as free curcumin. With supplements, if you don’t truly know what you’re buying it’s easy to buy inferior products without knowing it. Espec when the marketing is good. Caveat emptor."
