I love the Triple Greens. It has made me regular with bowel movements. It tastes good with water and ice and I've gotten my daughter to drink it, too. I also like the vitamin D and Omega 3. I have more energy and I feel great. Thank you.

I cant stand the taste of veggies so this product is a great alternative!! I get more out of this product then most people who actually have to eat veggies. Try mixing it in OJ as the taste is great. Been using this product for over 5 years on and off and I can tell the difference when I am not using it.
