Signa Lean Plus when taken before eating a large meal gives you the feeling of fullness, so you don't overeat or binge on foods( it is because of potato protein extract that gives you the full feeling). It also helps you crave less for comfort food (at least I have stopped buying all those bag of chips since I dont' crave them any more). I have just ordered more Signa Lean Plus and have no intention of giving it up.

I like taking this product as there are no side effects, it keeps my appetite in control and it is not habit forming. I believe Purity Products make a good product, stand behind it and the staff is always so courteous and helpful to talk with.

Wow, I finally found something that I believe is effective. I have tried so many things and looked at even more. With this product you do nothing more than take the pill as suggested. I do not look for any miracles - but - I seem to not be going to the fridge as often and have not once had a second helping. As my weight is on my mind 24/7 it is very unhealthy emotionally to deal with this issue. We all know what we are supposed to do - right? I cannot do this on my own. I have lost 4 lbs. in the first month without consciously changing my eating habits.
