I have only been taking the Perfect Multi for the past 3 weeks and already notice an increase in energy and improved vision. Although I still require reading glasses in the evening, I am noticing that my eye fatigue has greatly decreased. I am looking forward to further benefits from these great vitamins!

I've tried a few different Vitamin companies in the past with only minor success, but after reading a very interesting book ( New Truth about Vitamins & Minerals by Bill Sardi), I decided to try Purity Products Perfect Multi. Mr. Sardi has helped me regain and keep my health several times over the last few years. I fully trust his painstaking research as a Health Journalist. Perfect Multi passed the test. I actually feel better after taking them for only 3 weeks. More energy and clearer thinking are what I've noticed so far. Cheaper vitamins don't even come close to comparison. I can understand wanting to spend less on certain things but don't try that with your health. These vitamins are good. They really work.

It's not yet been a month since I first began taking the Perfect Multi but it is my belief that my eye sight has improved. My morning vision is clearer than it has been in a very long while... consistently. Healing time from bites and scratches are faster. Because I take the vitamins through the day there is no stomach upset. I'm looking forward to other marketable differences in overall health that I can identify as time goes on.

Supplements that are natural and prepared without any additivesand artificial engridients are very difficult to find. The Perfect Multi Vitamin from Purity has all the right properties that one should be looking for in a supplement. Most supplements give you very low dosages in vitamins like CDEAB-12 Folic Acidand Biotin. It also contains wonderful supplements such as chromium. alpha Lipoic acidChlolneCoQ-10 and Quercetin wich are important for weight control and heart health. On top off all this it has a wonderful super food phyto-complex of greens.
