I've been taking these products for several years and they are wonderful. The Perfect Multi vitamins work great. You will notice a big diffference when your not taking them.

Once I started taking this vitamen I had noticeably more energy. I am exceptionally pleased. I showed it to my doctor and he was impressed with the daily amounts I was getting. I would recommend this to anyone - especially moms of toddlers. :-)

Awesome vitamin formulation, but ginkgo biloba has a lot of interactions with various prescription medications. Check with health care professional, or research this ingredient on internet to be aware of any possible interactions. For me propranolol and this ingredient causes propranolol to be much less effective.
