I am a 69 year old female. 4 days a week I do cardio kick boxing, 2 days a week I stretch with resistance bands. I take two martial arts classes a week and participate in open gym two hours a week. I help in one of the Little Ninja classes twice a week. I am presently wearing my first brown belt (we have a lower brown and upper brown in our school). I take the Triple greens and the Super Reds daily. I am certain that these supplements are part of the reason I have the energy and stamina to do what I do.

I alternate these with my multi and take them when I feel that I have not incorperated enough greens or veggies for the day. I am a carnivore and often feel that I just didnt get enough vegetables. I take a few with a meal. I really appreciate that they are Organic as I think that Organic is the way to go when they take foods and condense them down into pill form. I am glad that there is a product like this for me to take.
