I first had tried the non-organic version of this a few years back. The first time I drank a mixture of it, I felt a metabolic reponse within 15 minutes. Higher level of energy and mental awareness. I later tried other products like the Greens, etc., but the Reds always seemed to have whatever my body was missing. In my trying different things, I simply got away from having any Reds. Now I noticed this organic version and ordered two jars to give it a try. Yet again, this stuff seems to spike my metabolism and help me lose body fat. I have been mixing this stuff in with NO-Explode before my workouts along with some protein powder. It really seems to be a winning formula for me at this time. I am 50 years old, 6'2" and 228 lbs, about 14% Body Fat. My waist has gone down one inch in two weeks since starting to use this stuff. I feel trim and have greater sense of well-being and mental alertness. Life seems great!

If you don't get what you should for friuts and fiber every day this is a great choice, I love it and it tastes great too. I am well pleased with it's effectiveness.
