Research Update-Fish Oil Benefits Cognitive Performance and Cardiovascular Health!

In a noteworthy new clinical study published in the Nutrition Journal (Nov 22, 2012) a group of 44 healthy middle aged to elderly subjects achieved better cognitive performance after taking 3 grams of fish oil daily for just five weeks. This placebo-controlled trial utilized the "cross-over" study method which means the participants took either fish oil or a placebo for 5 weeks, followed by 5 weeks off and then switched to fish oil or placebo for another 5 weeks. After taking fish oil, subjects had improved scores on tests of working memory and selective attention. Indicators of cardiovascular health also showed positive changes that were directly correlated to the gains in cognitive function.

I am very satisfied with the Omega Berry Fish Oil. I remember, as a child, having to take the cod liver oil pills and having the taste and smell of cod fish on my breath all day long. The Omega Berry gels do not leave any hint of fish oil and I intend to keep taking them until I leave this earth!

My wife and I have taken many different types of fishoil over the years. Many after taken cause some indigestion, have bad after taste and cause burping. this product does not repeat on you nor does it cause any stomach upset. We will never again try another product

the effectines of this product is great, it adds vitiality and energy and you do feel the difference in the routine of the day. I stop taking it for a few days and I felt the change of energy so I went back to using them again.
