i never thought i would have to use a fiber product at the age of 43. But my sister-in- law left a sample at the house and after about a week i deiced to try it. The product was amazing and it kept my system moving. I loved it so much that i signed up for the automatic delivery every 3 months. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I have been using this product for over a year now, and although I have not lost weight, I do believe it is assisting in maintaining my weight. It tasts great, and regulates me.
