I am a 61 year old Trathlete, and require super nutrition during training an competition, OmegaBerry is a nessential to keeping my energy levels high and fueling a High activity level. I train in all three TRI parts each day so in swimming, biking and running OmegaBerry plays a big part in my heart and Cardiovascular conditioning, joint flexibility, focus and Intensity. This product is worth every penny! I can tell a huge difference in my overall health. My joints feel less achy. I have better skin and hair and it also helps with weight loss. I have used other products that are less expensive but they do not provide the benefits of this. I absolutely encourage you to purchase this especially if you're looking for more energy and skin and hair and joint health. When I went without it for a few months my body just wasn't the same. It's worth the price believe me. I won't go without it again.
