2. How do I return a product? Do I need an authorization code?
To ensure proper crediting of your account in an expedited manner a return authorization code is required for all returned merchandise. it's easy to get one though, just call our Customer Care department at 1-888-769-7873 and they will give it to you right away. Include your return authorization number with the merchandise you are returning.

3. How long should it take to receive my order?
It takes around 5-10 business days after we have received your order.

The standard charge for ground shipping is $4.95.

Refunds cheerfully provided on all used or unused bottles returned within 60 days. Call or email for a Return Authorization # before returning. A $10.00 processing fee will be applied to all returns sent without an RA#. Call Customer Care at 1-888-769-7873 or email customercare@purityproducts.com. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.
